Here is another VGXL review folks.
In this issue, I look at a classic SNES side scrolling beat em up which was part of my childhood, "TMNT IV Turtles in Time" which made me more faithful towards the 1987 TV series and I loved it, but does it fare well in today's standards? Watch the video to find out.
