Joint Venture Travel Lodge Finals
Twyfelfontein Country Lodge choir won the competition for the right to perform at the opening ceremony for the Adventure Travel World Summit in Windhoek on 28 October and the first prize of N$15 000.
Their winning song was about milking a goat to feed the family. Second prize of N$10 000 went to last year's winners Damaraland Camp and Liansulu Lodge walked away with N$5 000 for the third spot.
At the end of it all Standard Bank's MD, Mpumzi Pupuma, climbed onto the stage to dance with the groups in a joyful celebration of Namibian culture.
