I was born in Tehran Iran. There was a revolution going on during the time when I was born so at the age of two my father and mother had to flee to Germany as refugees. After Germany, we arrived in the United States (southern California). My father left behind a very successful auto mechanic business and started again from scratch in California. My brother Rony and I went to school in California and played a lot of Tennis with hopes and dreams of one-day becoming professional tennis players. At the age of 17 and my brother at the age of 12, my parents moved us to Las Vegas NV where I started my senior year in high school. After I graduated High School, I attended UNLV studying as a biology major with hopes of going to Dental School. I did very well and had a grade point average of 3.5. As I was going through college, I started working with my mom who was in real estate basically taking care of her transactions as her transaction coordinator as well as coaching tennis on the side to pay my way through college. One day, I decided that going to dental school was not for me, so I closed the books and decided to do the financing for all of my mom's real estate transactions. Since 2005, I have not looked back and have been closing home loans now for almost 18 years. I have funded hundreds of millions in loans throughout the years. I worked for a few companies, (i can give you details on employment info if needed) but ultimately decided to open up my own company (lending arena) in Feb of 2017.
