After the Demon Kings' feast, Walpurgis, Rimuru's territory extends to the entire Great Forest of Jura. Anticipating the arrival of representatives from various races to offer congratulations, Rimuru plans to hold a country opening party as his debut as a Demon King and a chance to gain new residents for Tempest. Meanwhile, Hinata, the Holy Knight commander of the Holy Ruberios Empire, the headquarters of the Luminous Church that views monsters as enemies, receives a message from Rimuru. However, it turned out to be a declaration of war manipulated by someone. After receiving the report that Hinata is going to Tempest, Rimuru's decision is...
