Near miss, Kia pulls out in front of me in poor road conditions 2021.02.11
I included the rear cam as well to show there was no one behind me. This was a very close call, and I managed not to hit them thanks to ABS. I moved over to the left lane to pass, and they did not maintain the proper lane while pulling out in front of me. The frustrating part is they could have waited 5 seconds to avoid this situation all together.
