"Alfie" is a song written by Lily Allen and Greg Kurstin, produced by Kurstin for Allen's debut album Alright, Still. The song was released with "Shame for You" as a double A-sided single in 2007. It is about her younger brother, Alfie Owen-Allen, smoking cannabis in his room in addition to her commenting that he watches television and plays computer games too much.

When Alright, Still was released in July 2006, "Alfie" reached number seventy in the UK Official Download Chart. The double A-side entered the UK Singles Chart at number forty-four on digital downloads only, and then to number fifteen when combined with physical single releases. "Alfie" entered the Official UK download chart at number seventeen. The official second single in the United States.

The video features a puppet playing Alfie (Owen-Allen refused to appear in the video), who Lily takes drugs away from, as well as catching him masturbating over "Roxy and Babs get it on" pictures and stopping him taking beer from the fridge. The video was released to iTunes in America on May 8.
