We will take a close look at what real mindfulness is and how being mindful can help a person lead a more fulfilling life. Mindfulness is being aware of how one’s current choices and actions can help a person move towards a more fulfilling and happy life. Being mindful also includes considering how my choices and actions affect other living beings and the world around us. Mindfulness and mantra meditation offer many benefits such as stress relief, but the highest and most valuable benefit of mindfulness and meditation is to have real happiness and peace. The more one experiences this type of inner happiness and peace, the less one is pulled around by the desires and thoughts of the mind.
