CBI Director accepts Supreme Court reprimand

A day after the Supreme Court's scathing observations in the coalgate case, CBI Director Ranjit Sinha accepts the reprimand. When asked about the SC's 'caged parrot' remark, Ranjit Sinha said that whatever the SC says is right; and even as the government tries to justify, Sinha refuses to justify the CBI's working. Meanwhile, the opposition is ramping up the pressure and raising serious questions about CBI's independence.
