UN to send peacekeepers to Mali

The UN Security Council has agreed to send a 12,600-member international force to Mali to take over from French and African troops battling rebels.
Al Jazeera's Diplomatic Editor, James Bays spoke to the French ambassador to the UN, Gerard Araud.
