At the heart of the manual are light exercises which you can do on your own. Most of these exercises are totally unique and not found anywhere else. The exercises are described in great detail, not only with text and pictures but also in video format. Some of the exercises felt slightly uncomfortable in the beginning but you can truly feel how they work at the issue and they are certainly not painful.
