Sobriety meetings are probably the last place where you would expect to find drugs or booze.

However, the owner of a club which frequently hosted alcoholic anonymous meetings was recently arrested for allegedly selling oxycodone before and after get-togethers.

Someone had tipped off the Seattle police department that Michael Shepard had been dealing narcotics. The 64-year-old reportedly turned the nonprofit club in a center for drug dealing. Shepard allegedly sold illegal prescriptions drugs to a person working with law enforcement several times and some of those occasions were witnessed by undercover officers.

A police sergeant states “It's like, show-up early, stay late and get your drugs and in-between. If you want to learn a little more about AA, we can talk about that too.

According to the U.S. Attorney's Office, the pills along with two guns were found in the establishment.

There are other cases of rehab not going as expected. Last year, a Pennsylvania man who was court ordered to attend anger management class, was arrested for assault and harassment.
