Camping in East Texas- Backing up your RV camper
http://www.campingineasttexas.com RV Park and campground enthusiast shares another helpful tip on backing up your RV camper. Don't get caught in a campground not knowing how to maneuver your camper. For a free download visit our website Hey its Mason here, you know, I remember as a kid, my folks taking us out camping was some of the best vacations we had as a family, and I love taking my boys out to do the same. Some of our best times have been spent in the local campgrounds of east Texas. Over the years, I have gained some pretty good insider tips that have helped lots of people, and today, I want to share one with you.

Lots of people are always talking about making sure they have a pull through campsite. No matter whether they are there for one day, or one week, they still want a pull through site. You know it tells me they don’t know how to back their RV up.

Many camping parks will keep there pull through sites available for the campers staying only one night, and they automatically put longer stay campers in a back-in site. But if they do have several sites open for the time span you are staying, then they may be able to accommodate you with that pull through option.

Look, backing up an RV is different then backing up a car for sure. Have you ever thought of taking an afternoon, hooking up your RV, and going to the local school or church parking lot (someplace that is vacant) and just practicing backing up. It doesn’t even hurt to have your spouse or friend help guide you as you first start out.

Knowing ahead of time how to manouver your RV can save big headaches down the road.
