A man is sentenced after he killed another man for laughing.

26-year-old Ronald Eugene Murray II from Gardena, California was found guilty of voluntary manslaughter.

An altercation occurred on October, 1st 2011 when Murray had visited a doughnut shop. He was very picky about his order and when he received his pastrami sandwich and took a bite, a piece of meat fell out.

Another patron in the establishment, a 56-year-old male watched as the pastrami fell and laughed out loud. That chuckle angered Murray.

His temper got even worse when a shop clerk refused to give him another sandwich for half price. He took his rage out on the 56-year-old who had laughed at him. Murray sucker punched the man and kicked him in head so hard, it proved to be fatal.

Last year a man was convicted of killing his 28-year-old ex-girlfriend. The pair got into an argument over a sandwich.

The male suspect then shot his girlfriend in the back, killing the woman. The man was found guilty of second degree murder. A judge sentenced him to 25 years in prison.
