DEMAKSAN-Introduction of Automatic Toggling Machine

Automatic toggling machine is furnished by continuous pieces of frames that the leather can be toggled irrespective of the frame sizes. There is no more manual working for stretching.Strech processing is totally automatic and stretch volume can be set by plus and minus buttons among 0 – 100 mm.Drying system is equipped with high-performance electrical fans, heat serpentines, filters and drying ducts extend through the lenght of the machine over and under the conveyor. This way provides blowing of the hot air towards the leathers. Besides, there are adjustable exhausts for the evacuatıon of the air to control the humidity in the machine. Drying temperature can be stabilized by the thermostatic controller.All the equipment on the electric board work by 24V and the machine is furnished with safety devices. The connection of the electrical motors is equipped by special pipes.
