The is a preview of my next workout which will focus on one of the best parts of the female body, her mid section. This workout focuses on Hips and Booty. Watch me shake it, bend it , flex it, push it, and then shake it some more. If you MOVE it you WILL LOSE it ! So watch the preview, keep a look out for the full workout and do it with me.
