He was an innocent Indian farmer who was the victim of Pakistani brutally, first arrested on charges of espionage and later beaten to death. The family of the Indian farmer Chamel Singh now demands Indian government's intervention into this matter. But even as Pakistan claims to investigate the death of this farmer, whom they call a spy the question is why was there a ten day delay in taking action in the case?
