Indian govt demands autopsy report of Chamel Singh

Uproar in J&K assembly over the torture and death of Indian prisoner Chamel Singh by Pakistani authorities, local leaders demanding that the New Delhi take up the issue with Pakistani authorities. The autopsy report says that Chamel Singh was tortured before his death in a Lahore jail, where he was serving a 5-year term for illegally crossing the border.
