North Korea Threatens to Target U.S. with Nuclear Tests

North Korea warned that it plans to target the U.S., its "arch-enemy," with rocket launches and a third nuclear test. North Korea is not believed to have developed a warhead that can hit the continental U.S., but its last test in December showed it is capable of sending one 6,000 miles, near San Francisco.
