Some of the key MET-Rx 180 Program highlights are:

The workouts are organized in phases to make it easier for your body to become acclimated to working out, even if you aren't in your ideal physical shape. The first 30 days of the workout are known as the Conditioning Phase, where the workouts help you condition your body for the remainder of the program. Once you complete the Conditioning Phase you will be prepared for the next part of the program.

All is needed is about 10x10 feet of space to use the program.
All the equipment needed for the basic program is provided to you in the main kit. The kit includes: (in addition to other support guides and materials) a resistance band, workout ball, and a 90-day tracker.
