Energy efficiency and sustainable urban models

Nicole Biggart, Director of the Energy Efficiency Center at UC Davis in California in charge of the coordination of a zero net energy campus, speaks at the Observatory for Responsible Innovation's conference at Mines ParisTech on November 12th about the possibility of reproducing such sustainable stakeholders models in many countries, taking into account the various importance of actors committed in urban planning. Sustainable models can be adopted for every kind of societies, as long as win win approaches are taking shape: the central State in France has a predominant role to play in this process
