Massive protests across Delhi, HC raps Delhi police

In an unprecedented move, the Delhi High Court has ordered the setting up of 5 special courts to hear rape cases. The Court said that the incident is shameful and shocking and that the Delhi police is responsible to the society. The HC also asked the Police Commissioner to give details in two days about cops patrolling the area where the girl was raped for 40 minutes in a moving bus.
