One of the great new trends in plastic surgery is fat grafting. We're starting to use it in a lot of different procedures so that we're using a patient’s own tissue to augment their face, to augment their breasts to help in breast reconstruction. If there's extra tissue around the stomach or around the thighs we can use that tissue to enhance another part of the body that may need it. The future of best implants, in my opinion is going to be autologous fat grafting. We're not going to be using implants, we're going to be harvesting fat, we’re going to be using stem cells from the patient’s own body to enhance their breasts, that way there is nothing foreign in them and everything is nice, healthy soft living tissue. It stays, it's permanent, and it’s natural.
