The explosion near a Shi'ite religious procession in northwest Pakistan on Sunday leaves at least five dead and 90 wounded in the city of Dera Ismail Khan, where a bomb killed at least seven people the previous day.
Police said five security officials were among those hurt in Sunday's blast as the government struggles to contain sectarian Sunni militants.
Storefronts were ripped open when the bomb detonated near a street market.
