Santa seeks justice over tax demand

Santa Claus has gone to court! In Lithuania, a man who has impersonated father Christmas for the last 30 years claims he has been forced to take legal action and challenge an income tax demand.
Wearing his summer uniform, the Yule Tide hero said he has never been paid and entertains children in hospitals and orphanages for free.
