A 180 m² superficy, at n°46 of Avenue Don Juan de Borbon, Bolnuevo, Mazarron in the country oh Murcia http://goo.gl/maps/LlgQ. Facing the sea, it belongs to an area protected by the coast law.
Constructed in 1993 with materials of high quality, it has been the very last house to obtain a construction permit in Bolnuevo, it is registered into the Property Register.

House in a Few words;
300 m², with : An open space of 80m², a fitted kitchen, 3 bedroom suites with bathrooms, a workshop, a library, 3 terraces, a solarium, a hall.
This house, which has been the house of hapiness and cheerfulness belonged to Nardo IMBERNON, son of Jesus de Mazarron and Angeles de Garrucha. An anarchistic-unionist family, political refugees in France from the SpanishWar, they struggled for liberty and were great humanists.
Nardo died in August 2008; with his usual sense of humour he told us that one day, he would sell the house to someone who would deserve it.
The house will be sold with the furniture, but without the works of art.
