The daily horse care is very important. There are multiple elements the rider has to do. Grooming the horse's top-coat is one of the parts that need to be done to keep the horse clean and healthy. Multiple different brushes are used to groom the horse. It is important to know which brush should be used on which body part of the horse. Picking the horse's hooves is another step of the daily horse care. Here again, there are different hoof-picks that can be used. Some hoof-picks have a little brush on the one side and a scraper on the other side. Other hoof-picks only have the scraper. Picking hooves prevents the horse from suffering pain and lameness due to little stones that intrude into the rather soft horn.
