First walk of four up the river Quaggy in SE London. This starts at the confluence with the Ravensbourne in Lewisham centre and ends upstream of Manor Park. The Quaggy is part of the most engineered catchment in London, the Ravensbourne, and in this series Matthew Blumler describes the river's recent history, the restorations and the necessary work for the future. This series was filmed in the first few months of 2012 as Matthew said farewell to the Quaggy Waterways Action Group. Filmed on Sony Handycam by Lawrence Beale Collins (we switched to a Canon Ixus for 3 & 4 to improve sound quality)
