Thai police said they will charge a suspect believed to be involved in the blasts in Bangkok two days ago.

42-year old Mohammad Hazaei was arrested at the Bangkok international airport on Tuesday night, after a series of explosions in the capital city.

He was renting a house with 28-year old Saeid Moradi, who lost his leg after a bomb he was carrying went off.

His other leg had to be amputated.

Police chief confirmed the target was an Israeli diplomat.
