Emy Onyesoh, 'Emy', is an exciting young Irish singer songwriter who is introducing his very own unique brand of Urban Electro to the Irish music scene. Under an extraordinary talent visa, Emy has spent the past 3 years sponsored by P5 music group in Los Angeles writing, recording and featuring with some of the biggest names in the music industry, including Hip Hop godfather Snoop Dogg and multi-platinum producer Mr. Dalvin (Jodeci).
He aims to take what he has learned in the States and has already developed a following with 3000 views in the first week for the promo song 'Gimme'. Emys first official release, is entitled 'FML' and is released on Friday 9th of July by 'IFNOTWHYNOT Records'. The track was produced by Paul M (Shelley, Schizofonics, Roof Top Anthem, Colm Lynch) and is an up-tempo club track which will be a fully digital release available through itunes and major digital distributors.
Emy is to be featured on XPOSE and City Channel promoting his new single 'FML'. He has already played XPOSE live show in cork, Boyz II Men in Tripod May 2010 and will be supporting Sugar Babes/ The Saturdays in July.
