Tout a commencé en 2009 sur le toit d’un immeuble à New York pendant le tournage d’un clip pour sa chanson Touching Dreams ... Après une pause avec son groupe Catcha, Toby May rentre en Suisse et décide qu’il est le moment idéal pour lancer sa carrière solo.
Quelques années plus tard et plus de 100 démos réalisées, l’artiste bénéficie d’un large soutien dans son pays d’adoption. Avec la sortie de son premier EP solo et 3 singles, sa réputation grandit rapidement. Il écume les clubs et festivals à travers la Suisse, le Japon et les Etats-Unis.
En parallèle de ses représentations, Toby fonde Unagi Sound, une société de Sound design, qui fournit des compositions sur mesure pour la TV et le cinéma.
Après de longs mois de travail, le chanteur-compositeur-interprète britannique revient avec un nouvel album ... ON REFLECTIONS
Inspiré par ses nombreux voyages, ses périples, ses espoirs, ses craintes et ses observations de vie au cours des dernières années.
Plus d’une vingtaine de musiciens de renommée internationale acceptent l’invitation et participent à cet album, ajoutant une dimension admirable aux compétences de songwriting de Toby May.
ON REFLECTIONS vous emmène dans un voyage musical à travers des expéditions nostalgiques avec SUPER8, un rassemblement d’amis avec CELEBRATE, à explorer le monde à travers les yeux félins avec PETER COOPER ou à tomber sous le charme envoûtant de MARGUERITTE.

It all started in 2009 on a rooftop in New York City, whilst shooting a video for his song Touch- ing Dreams ... After a lengthy hiatus from the band Catcha, Toby May decided this was the perfect time to embark upon a solo career.
Fast forward a number of years and over 100 songs later, May has enjoyed wide spread sup- port in his adopted home of Switzerland as his reputation as a credible solo artist has grown. Following the release of his first solo EP and 3 singles, he has been performing shows with his full band, as a duo and solo, at Music Venues and Festivals across Switzerland, Japan and The USA.
Never one to rest on his laurels, May has also provided the music for the Swiss Lottery Ro- mandie TV campaign and many other corporate productions through his media company Unagi Sound.
And now he’s back doing what he does best with a whole new col- lection of songs, the Geneva based, British singer-songwriter proudly presents his brand new album... ON REFLECTIONS.
Having capitalised on his journey, Toby May has compiled an album of 12 original tracks. Sharing some of the writing duties with drummer, Richard Spooner, these new songs have been inspired by May’s trav- els, hopes, fears and life experiences over the past few years.
