Bob Green's Dance Orchestra - They Don't Come Better Than Betty

Other sides credited to this orchestra suggest this might be a Sam Lanin pseudonym, but I could not find any source confirming this fact. As for the vocal, credited to Nat Walters, I was unable to identify it either. To my ears this vocalist sounds quite similar to Jerry White, but obviously this could be a mere coincidence. Whoever is playing on this 1928 record, this performance is undoubtedly excellent. Since I did not find any visual material about the orchestra or the song, I added a few pictures of Colleen Moore performing the role of 'Betty' in the 1929 feature film 'Synthetic Sin'.
