SiteBlackBox was conceived with a simple mission – to help websites prevent losses and boost
revenues by providing them with real-time insights into their site’s traffic and user activity.
In short, websites know next to nothing about their users. They conceive them as masses of
incoming requests – they are "traffic". SiteBlackBox emerged out of the awareness of the
damage, the inefficiency, and the frustration this lack of vision can cause.
What we say is trivial: If only websites had better insights about their users, they could provide
better service to genuine customers, while getting rid of abusers that cause losses and business
disruptions.
