The international "summits" multiply to save our planet. But years pass and neither resolutions nor really voluntarist actions are implemented. The countries of the BRIC want to pursue their economic development, quite as the United States for which a binding agreement is out of the question. In other words that all this is of no use. The climate changes well and truly and inevitably.
