Mackinac Island Horse Leaving for the Winter

Over 600 horses live and work on Mackinac Island each summer season. During the winter months, only about 30 or so stay on the Island. The rest move up to their pastures in Pickford, Michigan. This video shows the process of taking the horses off Island for their winter vacations. www.mackinacisland.org
