DirectSpace lowest quality connectivity for their servers in Dallas
This is a sample of how well DirectSpace takes care of their network connectivity. Their support kept blaming my VPS' intermittent network availability on CPU spiking. Figured I'd prove them wrong.
FYI: Do not deploy anything other than a dev machine with DirectSpace. This is probably the lowest quality host out there at this point - November 2011. Your old 700MhZ toshiba laptop connected to your 1.5 MB DSL line is more stable than their network. Additionally, their support department's tactic is to scare you into not bothering them. Their support portal is sprinkled with agreement checkboxes that sound like "we may charge you", "we will charge you for this kind of support", and other similar but stupid reasons for which they would actually charge you.
