Determining the fate of shelter dogs

We visit animal behavior specialists at the Anti-Cruelty Society, a open-admission shelter in Chicago. These specialists evaluate animals, determining which ones are adoptable and which ones aren't. Those who aren't adoptable are sometimes put to death.
