So, you start with your feet in the straps, hands grabbed onto the catch, you are going to drive. Pull it up to the chest for the finish. And then, return all the way back. Drive, finish and return. Now, you can pick up the pace a little bit and sprint for about 30 seconds. And then, for your recovery, you can do some oblique twists. So, you twist to one side. Bring it to one hip or just above the hip to the sternum, keeping the abs nice and engaged. Twist into each side for four. Three. Two. And one. Then, you can sprint again. So, try to pull the rower back as fast as you can. And then, going back to the oblique twists for four. Three. Two. And one. The indoor rowing machine is a great way to increase your cardiovascular stamina without high impact.
