Nakano Matsuri

Portable shrines (mikoshi) on Nakano douri in Nakano-ku, Tokyo. As usual, Japanese police does a great job at both regulating the Matsuri (festival) and the traffic. For many festivals, they will only block one lane of the street. Nakano isn't known for its festivals nor are its shrines and temples famous.
