Crispy Fried Bhindi Aloo

Ingredients - 200 gm ladyfinger 200 gm potatoes 1 cup besan 1 tbsp corn flour 1 tsp amchur powder 1/2 tsp red chili powder 1 cup oil for frying Salt to taste Preparation - Mix besan, cornflour, red chili powder, amchur powder and salt. Coat the ladyfingers and potatoes in the already prepared mix. Leave it for 15 minutes. Fry the ladyfingers and potatoes.
