Formula Sheane - Mondello Park International Circuit - 17/09/2011

Onboard with Sean Hynes for the 7th round of the Formula Sheane National Championship. Starting from 11th on the grid after an accident in qualifying, had a good initial start until contact at turn 1 and the resulting spin dropping him to the back of the pack. In the treacherous conditions that saw many incidents Hynes kept it on the track and fought back to 3rd before a 4 car pile-up at turn 1, due to excessive standing water, at the start of the 5th lap saw the race abandoned. The three formula sheane drivers were disqualified from the final result for causing the red flag.
