The insurance industry is the biggest culprit for making product information difficult to understand. Consumers find the easiest way to understand things are with jargon-free language and the use of images.
To combat this income protection specialist Unum has joined forces with the Plain English Campaign, to pledge to ‘keep it short and simple’ when communicating about their insurance products.
