http://www.kentsmilestudio.com Kent dentist, Dr. Dattani explains: In 2000 I obtained my dental degree at the Royal London School of Medicine and dentistry. After I qualified I pretty much knew that that wasn’t it for me I wanted to do some more, something special in dentistry. I was always more surgically minded, I wanted to perform surgery, make a difference in the way people smiled and their confidence, so I went first of all and did my general practitioner qualification, which is known as the MFGTP, at the Royal College of Surgeons. Once I finished that I then went on to do the diploma in implant dentistry again at the Royal College of Surgeons. I obtained that as well as the advanced certificate in bone grafting and the General Dental Council, who are our governing body, have actually said that this course they regard as the gold standard so I knew when I enrolled I was doing one of the best courses out there. At the same time I knew there was much more to give in dentistry.
