Price-wise: unfortunately, all the good ingredients in fresh seafood are expensive. So, if you do not think you are spending enough, then that might not be such a good place to go. And lastly, this is my personal experience, but if you see on the menu things like Fujiyama roll or Philadelphia roll or Geisha roll, then that might be an authentic place, either.
