Laning Conveyor with Inverting Air Rinser

The laning conveyor can be used to line bottles up for presentation to any number of packaging machines, such as the inverting air rinsing machine shown here. The conveyor uses rails or guides to move builk containers into a single row for other packaging processes. The conveyor can handle a number of container types and sizes and changeover from one to the next can be as simple as adjusting the lane rails.

The inverting air rinsing machine uses clean and/or ionized air to remove dust and debris from the containers before sending them on to be filled, capped or labeled. Rinsing machines can also use water or other liquid rinse media to clean containers.
