And in South Korea, Anti-North Korean activists gathered protesting the communist state's nuclear weapons program. The two Koreas are still technically at war, and shelling of Yeongpyeong Island by North Korea has raised tensions between the two countries.
About 150 anti-North Korean activists held a rally in Seoul on Friday, slashing North Korean flags and tearing portraits of North Korea's communist leaders.

"North Korea's hereditary power transfer for three generations and its nuclear weapons program should be given up, then it could be unified with South Korea peacefully - that is what I would like to see."
Kim Jong-un is Kim Jong-il's youngest son and heir apparent. He emerged last year when he was named a four-star general and given an important post in North Korea's Workers' Party.
North Korean forces shelled the South Korean island Yeonpyeong last November, killing four people, including civilians.
The attack on the island came eight months after the South Korean warship Cheonan was sunk by a torpedo, killing 46 sailors.
Seoul demands the North take responsibility for the attacks if inter-Korean talks are to make progress.
Seoul and Washington say stalled regional nuclear talks can only proceed once the two Koreas hold successful bilateral talks.
