WHAT DOES THIS PROGRAM DO OR HOW DOES IT WORK? Simply find the person you need to lag, put their name intro the first tab of the program, then on the second tab you can configure any other settings that you feel might be usefull. After you're done configuring all of that, simply click start and it will lag the persons internet, thus disconnecting them from the game, while their account stays online.
