I'm Yvonne with Elements Diet and Fitness in Manassas, Virginia, and Melodie and I right now are going to show you a warm-up exercise with the Bosu trainer. This is called the Triple Squat. Now you will start by putting her one foot on the trainer, squatting down, coming up. Going both feet to the trainer, squatting. Coming down to the other side, squat and lift. So by repeating this you get the triple squat. One, then center, then side. Now what she's doing here, is she's using an unstable environment. Using her core making sure her back stays straight, her backside goes behind the knees, keeping it safe. And just getting warmed up, ready for our next exercise.
