three peaks yacht race 2010

Team "4 pies and a pasty" taking part in the world-famous UK 3 peaks yacht race from Barmouth in Wales to Fort William in Scotland - stopping off en-route to run up the highest hills in Wales, England and Scotland. After 5 days of sleep deprivation the team finished 19th out of 23 starters - a worthy result considering that 3 of the 5 sailors had NEVER been on a yacht before the race; and 3 of the 4 runners had NEVER been up a mountain before the race!!
