This is Craig again at Mission Dolores. Right now we're going to make a cocktail called a Gin Toddy. We're going to start by taking some lemons here and muddling them in this glass. There you go. Then we're going to pour some honey on top of that. Ah! Just like that. We take our Gin, get a nice helping of Gin in there, beautiful! Then we're going to get this boiling water. We're going to stir it up. The honey get stuck to the bottom there, get that more mixed up. Beautiful! Little bit of Cinnamon and nutmeg, garnish with a Cinnamon stick, and another a lemon wedge. And there you go, a piping hot Gin Toddy.
