Bean Salad Recipe - A Fresh, Healthy and Spicy Recipe

Ingredients- 1 cup beans 1 tomato 1 onion 1 bellpepper Some Vinegar 4 garlic pods 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/4 cup water 2 tbsp olive oil Salt and pepper to taste Preparation- Heat the oil. Add the onions,garlic,bell pepper,turmeric powder and tomatoes. Add salt and pepper. Add beans and mix well. Add water,vinegar and let it cook for sometime.
